B: Methods

The feet keep still. Turn and buckle the left hand upward and then toward the front gradually. Rotate the right hand while the palm turns upward gradually. Your hands exercise as seizing a flag while sounding Ha and exhaling to exercise hands gradually. In the meanwhile, turn your waist axle toward the right for 90 degrees. The left and right position can be referred to in Picture 19. This movement is suitable for the symptom of shuffling steps and it can strengthen your kidneys.
