Editing Notes
This volume belongs to the kind of training materials for Chinese Waitankung. It has some features as follows.
- Most of the training materials are collected from the Chinese Edition of "Chinese Waitankung Illustrated" edited by the Ministry of Education, 1983.
- This volume also supplements the Oral Commands of Chinese Waitankung, Chinese and English Waitankung Glossary, and oral commands of Movement of Turning your Ankles in Han Calisthenics and The Small Crane Step in Waitankung.
