Movement 12: The Big Crane Step

A: Title

The Movement of Immortal Crane Robust Steps, in the short title as The Movement of The Big Crane Step, or The Big Crane Step.

B: Abstract

Harmonize the activities of joints of crotches, waists, and the spine. It can promote the circulation of energy and blood. By exercising the Movement, it can make the tendons and bones strong and make the joints in the whole body easy and smooth for the middle and old-aged people. It has great help to promote body health, get rid of diseases, and make longevity.

By exercising the above 12 movements of Waitankung daily in a moment, it will result in a healthy condition for middle and old-aged people after one hundred days. It takes all activities by nature including breathing naturally. The body can reach the purpose of both physical and mental health by exercising the 12 movements of Waitankung in nature.

C: Methods

  1. Move your left foot outward two little steps.Squat your body 25 degrees. The body straightens up. Hold back your tailbone. Hang down your arms beside your thighs loosely. Turn your two hand backs toward ahead. The fingers stretch toward the ground loosely. The two index fingers lift up slightly. Straighten your head. The tongue tip touches the ridge of the upper teeth. The upper and lower teeth are in touch with each other slightly. The eyes look ahead horizontally. Listen to your breaths naturally.
  2. Lift up your right knee to the same level of the big abdomen. Hang down your right toes toward the ground while being perpendicular to your right ankle. Sit down on your right leg really. Walk your right foot ahead toward your right front and touch down on the ground, just like the leaves fallen down on the ground. Then make the toes to be opposite right to the heels.
  3. Lift up your left knee to the same level of the big abdomen. Hang down your left toes toward the ground while being perpendicular to your left ankle. Sit down on your left leg really. Walk your left foot ahead toward your left front and touch down on the ground, just like the leaves fallen down on the ground. Then make the toes to be opposite right to the heels.
  4. It continues to take seven crane steps toward ahead. Then turn your palms toward the front. Step backward on your left foot with a straight knee. Bend your knee slightly while touching the ground. Then step back your right foot with a straight knee and touch on the ground with a bending knee. Keep two steps distance between two feet without reducing. You should take seven backward steps. After that, go for a walk.

D: Remarks

  1. Lift up knees and hang down feet just like the walks of immortal cranes with relaxing crotches.
  2. The steps are just like the leaves fallen down on the ground.
  3. The face is just like the infant's happy smiles.
