The Foundation follows the spirit of saving people promoted urgently by Chang Chih-Tung, the Worldwide Grand Master of Tankung. The Foundation is dedicated to revive Chinese culture , promote inherent national spirit, and roster talents. Therefore, the Foundation focuses on awarding talents, studying the functions of Waitankung and Neitankung, promoting the exercising movements and theory for Waitankung meditation, healthcare, and sports. In addition, the Foundation promotes activities of sports, culture and education, and finally human vitality. Therefore, the foundation carries on the following tasks based on the law.
A. Hold charity activities for culture and education.
B. Award the poor students and students with excellent academic performance.
C. Hold or sponsor the groups to exercise and memorize the dedication to promoting the Tankung cultivation and culture, and the ambition of fitness exercise for Grand Master Chang Chih-Tung in his whole life.
- Promote the theories of Waitankung and Neitankung, including holding the study activities.
- Maintain the cemetery of Worldwise Wai-Nei-Tankung Grand Master, and hold the memorial activities.
- Collect, edit, and publish the literary works of Waitankung and Neitankung.
- Promote the national traditional culture spirit and skills and charity activities about culture and education.
- Collect and study the martial arts, Tankung cultivation, biography, anonymous stories for Grand Master Chang Chih-Tung.
- Study and promote the origins of Waitankung and Neitankung.
- Collect, study, introduce, and publish the knowledge about health care for the human body, sports, and nutrition.
